Are you ready?

Why now?

Something may have shifted recently, or perhaps the weight of what you’ve been carrying has become harder to ignore. You don’t need a perfect reason to begin — just a sense that something needs to change. This could be the moment you choose to put yourself first and start finding a gentler way forward.

Ready to leave the
baggage behind?

You may have been carrying painful experiences and heavy feelings for a long time, often on your own. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to keep holding it all together. At your pace, we can gently begin to unpack what’s been weighing on you, helping you to feel lighter, more grounded, and more able to move forward.
